Please review all names, initials, monograms, sizes, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Stitch Darling Co. is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your personalization due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item to review the issue. Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at the discretion of Stitch Darling Co. This policy applies to all personalized and custom-made products.
