Shipping policy

All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed before shipment unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Stitch Darling Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
